I am interested in students' transitions to and from higher education STEM study programmes. In particular I am interested in students' academic integration-processes, rentention and choices.
In my work I try to understand identity negotional strategies, how to become a student in a certain context and how gender is performed in science and technology study programmes.
Recently my interest includes the concept of employability, it's meaning and application in higher education contexts.
I ongoingly work on developing and applying qualitative methods.
