My primary research interests are health consequences of stress examined with psycho-physiological methods. Psycho-physiological measurements covering e.g. various stress hormones in blood, saliva and urine, blood pressure and heart rate (variability). As measures of health consequences, I have worked with stress, burnout, depression, bullying, early aging, and circadian rhythm disorders.
