Kort præsentation

Jeg interesserer mig for hvordan det psykosociale arbejdsmiljø kommer ind "under huden", dvs. gennem hvilke fysiologiske mekanismer arbejdsmiljøet kan påvirke helbredet, fx stress, depression, og udbrændthed. I de seneste år har jeg især arbejdet med mobning på arbejdspladsen som stressor. Jeg arbejder med forståelse af samspillet mellem psykosocialt arbejdsmiljø, helbred og trivsel med udgangspunkt i et bio-psyko-socialt perspektiv. Min forskningsinteresse er arbejdsmiljøets betydning for fx mangelfuld restitution, døgnrytmeforstyrrelser, mentale sygdomme og aldring (biologisk of fysiologisk).
