Short presentation

H. Lundbeck A/S is developing treatments targeting neurodegenerative diseases. Several of the drugs in Lundbecks pipeline are monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). My task is to identify the epitope of several of these mAbs by employing the highly sensitive analytical method hydrogen/deuterium exchange followed by mass spectrometry.

Furthermore, in the Protein Analysis Group, Department of Pharmacy, University of Copenhagen my work focuses on development and improvement of mass spectrometric methods for probing the primary and higher-order structure of proteins and protein-complexes, especially HDX-MS.
