    Abstract

    An 18-member library was constructed from 2 isocyanides, 3 aldehydes and 3 carboxylic acids via microwave-assisted solid-phase Ugi reactions on TentaGel S RAM. Products of high purity were obtained in moderate to excellent yields after reaction times of 5 minutes or less (irradiation at 60W).
