Mogens Jin Pedersen is Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science, University of Copenhagen. He is Affiliate Senior Researcher at VIVE – The Danish Center for Social Science Research, and Reserach Fellow at Center for Organization Research and Design (CORD), School of Public Affairs, Arizona State University. He received his PhD in Political Science from Aarhus University in 2015. His research and teaching focus primarily on issues within the field of public administration: public management, motivation and behavior among employees and citizens, bias in judgements and decision-making.
