Hans Skov-Petersen (HSP) has worked with Geogrphical Information Systems (GIS) and Computer Aided Design (CAD)  since 1987. At that time he took part in the development of the teaching curriculum that later developed in to the research ageneda in GIS and CAD at the Forest and Landscape Denmark (Faculty of Lifesciences of the University of Copenhagen).

Hans is senior Researcher and reseach group leder for Geographicla Information Sciences and Geodesign.

HSP holds a master in Horticulture (1989: 'Green fields as seen from space') and a PhD in Geography (2002: 'GIS, accessibility and physical planning').

HSP' main research interests include:
