Main research areas are in quantitative genetics, genomics and animal breeding. Has worked closely with several national and international cattle breeding industries since 1999 and in recent years also equine, pig and dog industries. Is involved research adressing genomic evaluation of cattle and pigs for improved health, reproduction, feed efficiency and product quality.
