Bioactive lipids, essential fatty acids, growth and development, metabolic effect of diet in infancy, childhood, adolescence and in adults, cognition and brain function, mechanisms of action, diet-gene interaction

• Involved in numerous observational and experimental studies in children and adults over the past 20 years.
• PI and/or daily leader of 9 human intervention studies with 60-200 participants and teams of dieticians, bio-analysts, PhD and MSc students.
• WP leader in several Danish research collaborations
