Personal profile

Short presentation

With the training in clinical nutrition and epidemiology, I have gained my interests in exploring how to improve health for the working age adults, which, in a life-course perspective will be pivotal in understanding the ageing process, e.g. preventing cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

My main research area is workplace bullying, violence and their effect on cardiometabolic disease. The main goal is not only to investigate the potential chronological associations, but also to understand the mechanisms. These mechanisms, later will facilitate in developing tools or interventions to reduce the disease risk.
