Oana is currently a PhD fellow at the department of Animal Genetics, Bioinformatics and Breeding, also affiliated to the Cellular Network Biology group from the NNF Center for Protein Research. She works on several different projects, most of them involving transcriptomics data analysis and integration, with a focus on comparing different model organisms in human disease contexts.
