Primary fields of research

My research interest broadly relates to digital health and well-being among young adults. In addition, I have a methodological interest in exploring digital traces from smartphone communication and apps as behavioural measures. I am currently conducting the SmartSleep project in which we investigate smartphone behaviours, sleep patterns and related health consequences by using a combination of  clinical, administrative and high-resolution smartphone data.
