Medical image analysis, image segmentation, image registration, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, graph cuts, and optimal surface methods.
I do research in medical image analysis, mostly within methods for segmentation and statistical analysis. My work has been particularly focused on analysis of tubular and branching structures such as airways, and carotid arteries, segmentation using discrete graph based methods and statistical comparisons of graphs and trees.
