Short presentation

Anna-Kathrine has been employed as a PhD student and research assistant in Jesper V. Olsen’s group since 2014. In her research she applies quantitative mass spectrometry to globally study the proteome and PTMs, such as phosphorylation and ubiquitylation, in cell signaling. Specifically, she focuses on using mass spectrometry-based proteomics to understand signaling pathways and regulation downstream of activated receptors and discover the mode-of-action of their ligands in biological contexts related to neuroblastoma, differentiation and the nervous system.
