N2 - Anti-B antibody causing sever hemolytic anemia and renal failure was found in the serum of a blood group B patient who had received a bilateral lung transplant from a blood group O donor. Although the donor origin of the antibody was not confirmed, it is likely that the anti-B antibody was produced by donor passenger B lymphocytes.
