    Abstract

    The study offers new perspectives of stress dynamics, prevention and leadership. Managing employee wellbeing and preventing stress encompasses more than current leadership concepts includes.
    The traditional understanding of primary intervention is challenged, pointing to a relational approach with continuous alteration of risk factors in dialogue between leader and employee.
