Vores gruppe arbejder med tværfaglige problemstillinger:

  • vi udvikler in vivo metoder baseret på Raman spektroskopi til at undersøge hæmoglobin/cytokromer og signaleringskaskader i røde blodceller, muskelceller fra hjertet, i det isolerede hjerte og i hjerneskiver

  • vi udvikler en avanceret metode til at analysere laser speckle flowmetry data, som skal bruges til at estimere i hvilken grad kortikale nefroner hører sammen

  • vi udvikler en mekanism baseret model af vaskulære netværk
