2009 – 2014 PhD Scholar, Section for Global Development, University of Copenhagen. Project title: “Challenges of ensuring equity. The study of a forest protection policy (REDD+) in Cambodia”. Key activities include 4 months field work in Cambodia, 100+ interviews in villages, bibliometric analyses, peer reviewed publications, conference presentations, teaching. Funded by a competitive scholarship from Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Copenhagen, and a WWF/Novo Nordisk grant. Collaborating with Pact Cambodia. Submission of thesis: December 20, 2013 (on time1). Defended February 28, 2014.
