Kort præsentation
I am a PhD student at the Section for Forest, Nature and Biomass. My PhD project investigates how insects in semi-natural habitats respond to different management regimes. I work with both forest and heathland ecosystems. My interests are broad within insect ecology, and include community ecology, conservation biology, and the interplay between environmental variables and diversity. I have spent countless hours identifying crane flies, hoverflies and mosquitoes from different parts of Denmark, and I really enjoy it.
I am currently a teacher at the Field Course in Nature Management (Feltkursus i naturforvaltning), and at the course Biodiversity in Managed Forests.
