Beskrivelse
Interview with leading science journalist regarding controversial CJEU decision on the regulation of GMOs and gene editing technology.
Emne
The controversial decision by the European courts last summer to regulate gene edited organisms as GMOs has already had a damaging effect on European biotechs working in this area. Many believe it could have been prevented through a better dialogue between scientists, legal experts and the general public, but whether the long term effects of the decision can be mitigated using this approach remains to be seen.
