    Beskrivelse

Narrative-collaborative coaching is seen as part of a new wave or third generation of coaching practice – adding to earlier practice emphases of coaching with a problem/ goal perspective, and coaching with a solution/ future perspective. In third generation coaching the coaches emphasis is to working towards a more symmetrical relationship between coach and by taking the stance of a fellow human.
Narrative collaborative coaching creates a reflective space for the coachee, or, as narrative-collaborative coaching, for a group or team, where the main focus is on values and on giving opportunities for meaning-making.
Intertwined with the social and cultural conditions of late modern society, problematic experiences or events are reframed by unfolding alterative narratives that are based on re-experiencing and re-membering, and on the process of co-creation between coach and coachee(s).
This is an excellent opportunity to explore the practical applications for our respective coaching practice arising from the latest research in this evolving area.

In this meeting you will be introduced to the theoretical framework and the intervention theory of narrative-collaborative coaching, but at the same time will feel enriched to use elements of this approach in your own practice. The presentation is organized around a close integration of theory and practice. For that reason a number of case examples and small exercises will be included.
