Abstract

Stig Brøgger possesses a rare versatility
as an artist. Propelled by an incessant
desire to experiment, he has worked with
many different media and genres since
the 1960s, when there was a surge of
cross-aesthetic and intermedial approaches.
Indeed, most of Brøgger’s cross-aesthetic
works were created in the 1960s
and 1970s.
