Review of: Legal practice and cultural diversity

Abstract

This anthology comprises contributions from a conference on legal practice and cultural diversity held in London in July 2007, but the editors take their cue from the speech made in February 2008 by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams. The questions central to the book are the same that arose after the speech by the Archbishop: whether or to what extent cultural difference should be recognized by legal systems.
