    Abstract

Increasingly better preserved glacial landscapes from the Mid Pleistocene and onwards expose intimate relationships between super imposed landforms, stratigraphy and glacial tectonic architecture. The extent and flow pattern of glaciations are shown in digital base maps and palaeogeographical reconstructions.
