    Abstract

“Click-through” agreements drafted on a “take it or leave it” basis govern the current state of the art on the Internet. They do not allow much room for negotiation. The novel contribution of this chapter proffers a new contractual framework advocating the extension of the negotiation capabilities of cloud customers. The chapter focuses on the creation of online contracts from the scratch taking into account some of the main provisions enshrined in the GDPR. The chapter will focus on building a visual interface with the consumers in the form of a website.
