Abstract
The Liberal minority government, Lars Løkke Rasmussen II, which took office after the general election in June 2015 (Kosiara-Pedersen 2016), struggled with its parliamentary support parties and ended up including two of them in another minority coalition government, Lars Løkke Rasmussen III. Besides that, 2016 was a rather peaceful year in Danish politics.
