    Abstract

IBES - Inventar berufsbezogener Einstellungen und Selbsteinschätzungen (Job-Related Attitudes and Self-Evaluations Inventory; Marcus, 2006) is the first scientifically well-founded integrity test developed for German speaking countries. Integrity tests' primary goal is to forecast counterproductive work behavior (i.e., theft, betrayal, aggression) at the best. IBES is to be applied for personnel selection purposes. This paper describes theory, layout, execution, and psychometric properties of IBES.
