Counter-terrorism judicial review by a traditionally weak judiciary

Abstract

The article analyses recent Danish case law on counter-terrorism measures to ascertain the extent to which a tradiitonally weak judiciary like the Danish one performs a real review. The conclusion is that the review is real, but measured.
