Abstract
Coaching is widely used in Danish organisation in many different contexts and on all organisational levels. This article presents the result of a survey that involved HR managers of the public and private sector. Generelly there is a high rate of satisfaction about coaching. This surveys gives a first overview about about coaching in organisation and can be the starting point for other research projects in the field.
