    How do employees successfully navigate the modern workplace with its ad hoc collaborations and constant organisational changes? An increased awareness of the process that all new collaborations go through - and on the communication skills needed to make this process easier - is the all-important first step, says PhD researcher Katherine Kappa from the University of Copenhagen.
