Joscha Legewie (Harvard) and I won the Distinguished Contribution to Scholarship in Population Award 2017 of the American Sociological Association (ASA) for our article "Contested Boundaries. Explaining Where Ethno-Racial Diversity Provokes Neighborhood Conflict" published in the American Journal of Sociology in 2016.
