My PhD project aims to develop new statistical methods for integrating data driven machine learning methods with dynamic life course analysis. These methods will be applied to Danish register data and data from the Metropolit cohort to obtain a better understanding of social- and health trajectories leading to diagnoses of depression, dementia and alcohol abuse.
