Personal profile

Short presentation

My principal area of interest, as well as my recent research, has been in the field of estimating and forecasting health effects of environmental factors, its interactions with genetic and epigenetic factors, and pathway analysis using large spatio-temporal, population, and genetic datasets. I have been involved in several cohort studies of children and the elderly in Korea and the Danish Nurse Cohort to estimate the health effects of environmental factors. My professional goal is to contribute my expertise to improving the global environment, especially, caused by air pollution, noise, climate, and endocrine-disrupting chemicals.
