Short presentation

Currently, my main research interests focus on soft law governance in EU and China. In EU, I focus on the role of recommendations from the EU and their role in Member States reforms, especially in the case of the European Semester. In China, I mainly look into the role of opinions issued by the State Council and their implementation in sub-national governments.
