Sus Sola Corazon is employed as Associate Professor at the Department of Geosciences and Natural Resource Management’s Landscape Architecture and Planning Section at Copenhagen University, where she is active in the interdisciplinary research group Nature, Health & Design. Together with her collegues she conducts a wide range of interdisciplinary research on the relationship between natural environments and human health. Her field of expertise is the research and development of Nature-Based Therapy (NBT) for various patient and client groups, where she has developed the NBT concept and program for the University of Copenhagen’s therapy garden Nacadia®. In addition to this she conducts research into how natural environments can promote health. 

Her current research project Move Green aims to provide health-promoting natural environments and activities for people with mobility disabilities. In this context I am responsible for developing and testing green activities designed to promote the mental and social health.
