I have just been awarded a Young Resercher Fellowship by the Carlsberg Foundation (DKK 4,291,896) for my new research project Law and Private Governance for a New Understanding of Immigrant Integration.

About
Silvia Adamo received her Ph.D. in Law at the University of Copenhagen. She has studied law in Italy (Università di Pisa) and Portugal (Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisboa), and completed her Cand. Jur./LL.M. in Denmark (Københavns Universitet). Silvia Adamo has held visiting fellowships at the Department of Philosophy, Queen’s University, Canada (2006); Berkeley School of Law, University of California (2011); and the European University Institute, Florence (2012). Prior to starting her Ph.D. she interned at the European Commission.
