Primary fields of research

My main research areas are 3D Computer Vision, Image Analysis, and Pattern Recognition. The research is cross disciplinary, involves basic as well as applied research, and is theoretical as wll as experimental.

Current research

My research activities include work within Image Analysis and Computer Vision. Recently I have applied such methods in agriculture (detection of weed from drone images) and food industry (automations in slaughter houses). Previous work includes areas as non-rigid structure from motion, image coding, feature point detection, descriptors, stereo image analysis etc.
