Short presentation

My PhD project investigates the prosecution of people producing diabolic pacts in 18th century Denmark-Norway. The project is focusing on the consultation of theological and medical expertise in the legal proceedings. The aim of the project is to explore the relationship between the development of theological views on diabolic pacts and early forensic psychiatry.

The scholarship is co-funded by the Faculties of Theology, Health and Medical Sciences, and Law. The scholarship is a new initiative to support increased interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthen cooperation between the three Faculties according to the UCPH Strategy 2023: Talent and collaboration.
