Personal profile

Short presentation

Flooding of agricultural soils has a huge impact on food production worldwide, and number and severity of floodings are expected to increase within decades due to climate changes. I work with flooding tolerance in plants, both wild plants (Rumex sp.) but recently mainly crops such as wheat (Triticum aestivum) and rice (Oryza sativa) when fields become flooded.
