Short presentation

I am a research assistant within the Climate and Food Security research group at the University of Copenhagen.

I work on several projects on agricultural sustainability, nutrient use efficiency and intercropping. I do crop modelling in the soil-plant-atmosphere model Daisy, currently working on using Daisy for intercropping of barley and pea. As part of the research in the group, I do fieldwork with relation to crop monitoring, biomass and soil sampling and soil moisture measurements as well as data analysis and publication.

I have a MSc in Geography - Environmental Soil Science and Climate Change and during my bachelor and master I have worked a lot with biochar and biomass ash effects on soil moisture both experimentally and in Daisy.

I have previously worked 5 seasons of in Northeast Greenland monitoring different climate parameters as a field assistant and research assistant at Geobasis, Bioscience at Aarhus University.
