Lene Koch arbejder med etik, videnskabsteori, medicinens historie, racehygiejne, gen- og forplantningsteknologi, forebyggelse samt sundhedspolitiske analyser. Aktuel forskning vedrører brugen af dyremodeller i biomedicinsk forskning med særlig henblik på grise.
