Current research
My PhD (defended February 2015) Bytes, books, and readers. An historical analysis of the transition from printed to digital scholarly editions focusing on The Writings of Søren Kierkegaard deals with the reconcerns the transmission from printed books to electronic publishing that is taking place within the area of scholarly editing – more specific the changes happening within the roles of the reader.
My project is part of a larger research project on the history of Danish scholarly editing. (Link to a Danish presentation of the research project: danskeditionshistorie.ku.dk) I currently work as a research assistant on Dansk Editionshistorie.
Other research areas includes: Book History, Poetry, and the relation between print and digital literature.
