Current research

A commentary on the new Danish Capital Markets Act, a monograph on MAR, a textbook on securities trading and a new 2nd edition of Introduction to company law and capital markets law. All works are in Danish. Furthermore, 2018 involves work on assessing academic dissertations at the universities of Aarhus, Oslo, Stockholm and London.
