Ingrid Fihl, PhD Fellow

Through ethnographic fieldwork, I research the relational ethics of how Shanghai families navigate with food safety issues in everyday life.

2014-16      Chinese language teacher at Ingrid Jespersens Gymnasieskole (high school).
