People and nature (natural resources, sustainability, fruit, environmental concerns, anthropocene, cultural landscapes, climate change, supply chains, trade routes, environmental projects).

Knowledge production (ethnography, generative analysis, global connections, feminist theory, environmentalisms, ideas of value, classification, post-colonialism, exhibition work). 

 

I was in charge (PI) of the research project Natural Goods? Processing Raw Materials in Global Times (Starting Grant awarded by the Danish Council for Independent Research's Sapere Aude programme, 2013-2016).

Teaching

I teach courses in cultural analysis, culture theory, fieldwork and project management, and I organize thesis workshops as well as thematic courses on BA and MA levels. I supervise students on all levels, including PhD students.
