Short presentation
In my PhD-project "Changes of olfactory perception and flavor memory with aging", I examine how aging change our sense of smell and how it affects the food preference of elderly. In addition, I also examine how aging, including dementia, affects our sensory memory for what we like and do not like.
The PhD is part of the ELDORADO-project funded by the Innovation Fund.
