Eva Garne is a PhD student at Department of Biomedical Sciences (UCPH-BMI) and Department of Food Science (UCPH-FOOD). Her project aims to understand the fate of protein-phenol adducts in the gastrointestinal system. The project explores the uptake of the phenol adduct and the effect on gut microbiota. Eva obtained her master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from University of Copenhagen in 2018.
