MAJOR ONGOING RESEARCH:
Studies on genetically sustainable management and domestication practices in the face of climate change. We work with more than 25 species including Quercus, Fraxinus, Tilia, Ulmus, Corylus, Cystisus and Malus.
Studies on genetics of host pathogen interaction with focus on resistance European Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) against the novel Ash decline (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus) in Europe.
The Hørsholm Arboretum and suitability of tree species to present and future climate
