Personal profile

Short presentation

I am part of "The Carceral Mobility Project (CAMP): Investigating carceral junctions in the Danish asylum regime" (Centre for Advanced migration Studies http://amis.ku.dk/ ) as a PhD student.

My specific sub-project is focused on refugee trajectories, and I will look in to how refugees navigate the terrains of encampment that they face on their way to, through and in Denmark.
The PhD project is focused on the refugee journey itself and the way in which it shapes how refugees might think of and negotiate their past and present and shapes hopes and dreams (and fears) for the future.
