Short presentation

I am a 3+5 PhD student in the Copenhagen Centre for Social Evolution, co-supervised by Jacobus Boomsma and Guojie Zhang. Research interests include genetic mechanisms in division of labour, evolutionary systems biology, and evolutionary developmental biology in social insects. Previously worked as a bioinformatics engineer in BGI. Currently working on the origin and evolution of genes in caste system and evolutionary developmental transcriptomes in social insects. Proficient in bioinformatics analysis with skill in statistics, programming, and machine learning modelling. Familiar with entomology field work and dissection, and basic molecular biology.
